Power user features

Once you've run a few campaigns, it's worth exploring some of Yarno's less obvious features. These won't all be relevant to every organisation, but they're worth knowing about.

Long-running bursts

A long-running burst is a burst campaign with an end date set months into the future. Learners can join at different times, making it ideal for induction or refresher training where people start at different points throughout the year.

Instead of creating a new campaign every time a new starter joins, you set it up once and share a link or QR code. Each learner completes the same burst when they're added.

Talk to your Yarno CSM to find out if long-running bursts are a good fit for your organisation.

Groups

If your organisation is large enough to have teams within regions or divisions, groups let you organise those teams into a second level of structure. Group managers can monitor performance across all the teams in their group, which is useful for regional or divisional reporting.

Groups need to be enabled on your account. Reach out to your CSM to get started.

Learning library

The learning library is a space where learners can access content outside of campaigns, at their own pace. If your account has this feature enabled, it can be a great complement to your campaign activity.

Ask your CSM whether the learning library is available on your account and how to make the most of it.
