Section 1 ยท v
Roles & responsibilities
A Yarno campaign involves a few different people. Here's who does what.
Yarno admin (you)
You own the campaign from start to finish โ setting goals, building or overseeing content, configuring the campaign, communicating with learners and reviewing results. You're the person who makes it all happen.
Team managers
Can be given access to monitor their team's engagement and send nudges. They don't have full admin access. Delegating to team managers is optional but useful on larger accounts.
Learners
Complete the daily questions. Once added to a campaign, they receive everything they need via email. No technical setup required on their end.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
The people in your organisation who know the content. Their input is essential for building accurate, relevant questions during the content build phase.
Internal stakeholders
Managers, L&D leads, department heads or senior leaders with an interest in outcomes. Involved in approving goals and content, and in receiving results at the end.
Your Yarno CSM
Your Customer Success Manager is your main point of contact. They can help with campaign planning, content advice, data interpretation and stakeholder presentations. Think of them as a partner, not just support.
