Launch your campaign — The Yarno Playbook

You've built your content, set up your learners and planned your communications. This is the final step before your campaign goes live. Run through the checklist below — when everything is ticked off, you're ready to launch.

Pre-launch checklist

All questions written, reviewed and approved by SMEs
All questions checked against the content review checklist
All questions published
Confidence survey created and reviewed (if using)
Flash facts added (if using)

Campaign type selected (embed or burst)
Campaign title and description added
All questions added to the campaign
Confidence survey added to the campaign (if using)
Campaign dates confirmed
Question count and cooldown days configured (embed only)
Notification time set
Leaderboard display preference set

Learner list uploaded and teams assigned
Team managers delegated (if using)
Incentives decided and ready to communicate

Launch communication drafted and ready to send
Posters and QR codes prepared (if using)

Hitting launch

If your campaign is scheduled to start immediately, learner invitations will go out straight away. If the start date is in the future, invitations will be sent when the campaign begins.

For embed campaigns, learners will receive an invitation at the start of the warmup period. For burst campaigns, invitations go out on the campaign start date.
