How Yarno works

Yarno is a microlearning platform that uses spaced repetition to help people retain knowledge over time. Here's what that looks like in practice.

For learners

Learners receive a small number of questions each day via email or the Yarno app. Questions are repeated at spaced intervals, which helps knowledge stick. At the end of a campaign, learners are more confident and better prepared to apply what they've learned on the job.

For admins

You set up the campaign, add the learners and monitor engagement through the admin dashboard. You don't need to be present once the campaign is live. Yarno runs in the background and surfaces the data you need.

Why it works

Spaced repetition is one of the most well-researched approaches to learning. Revisiting information at increasing intervals is far more effective than a one-off training session. Short, regular practice beats long, infrequent study every time.
