Woohoo! Yarno was awarded L&D Provider of the Year at the recent Asia Pacific Learning Impact Awards, hosted by the Institute for Learning and Performance (ILP). The awards honour outstanding achievements in learning and development by individuals, teams, and organisations.

A few months ago, Holly shared that we were finalists in two categories: L&D Provider of the Year and Learning Solution of the Year (external). We were thrilled to be recognised among APAC’s best and brightest and knew the competition would be fierce.

Winner: L&D Provider of the Year

We were genuinely surprised and grateful to win this category. The judge, Michelle Parry-Slater, spoke to some of the criteria that applicants were reviewed against. These included:

  • The level of customer and provider consultation and collaboration.
  • Innovation in technology and learning design to aid learning.
  • Longevity of learning and business results.

Customer experience

Our customers’ success is our success. So our dedicated customer success managers and learning designers work in close partnership with our customers, developing learning campaigns and providing strategic guidance, data insights, and ongoing learning recommendations.

Innovation

In the past year, we’ve invested significantly in levelling up our learning design offering. We introduced:

  • Boards: to streamline content creation and collaboration.
  • Yarno AI: to help customer admins go from a blank page and a topic to a high-quality list of training questions in seconds.
  • Flash Facts: short, swipeable content cards that appear to learners right before a Yarno campaign starts to provide learners with helpful context before they begin a campaign.

Learning impact

Learning impact is a foundational value that has guided us from day one. We’re big believers in demonstrating learning ROI and that learning needs to support the business strategy.

Too often, workplace learning is seen by the business as a separate entity, focused on compliance training. Our customers achieve fantastic results when learning directly supports business goals and success is measured with metrics the business cares about. Our recent case study with Kent Relocation Services is a great example.

Thanks again to ILP and congratulations to all the other finalists. We’ll continue to collaborate with our customers to achieve outstanding results in the APAC region.

We’d love to chat about how Yarno can benefit your business
