When are scores relevant in Yarno?

Yarno uses scores to create Leaderboards in Yarno, both for Learners and Teams. You'll see those Leaderboards both on your own dashboard and in the Team or Group Campaign dashboards.

Understanding Team scores

As a Team or Group Manager, you may be particularly interested in the Team Leaderboard.

This Leaderboard uses average scores for Learners in each Team to rank the highest performing teams on a Campaign. This encourages all Team members to participate, as even with a couple of high performing Learners, teams that have large numbers of non-participating Learners will tend to have a lower score.
