Compliance Campaigns Feature

Because tick-a-box no longer cuts it

Regulators are shifting the compliance bar from "we ran the training" to "we can prove people understood it and it changed behaviour". A policy sitting in a folder, or a completion certificate, no longer satisfies the reasonable steps a court or regulator expects.

Evidence of understanding

Yarno's Compliance Campaigns features give you that evidence for the training component of your compliance system, using repeated, spaced knowledge checks to confirm genuine comprehension over time and build a defensible record that goes beyond "delivered."

Shout out, Cathy Moore.

Our scenario-first, goal-backward way of designing content is closely aligned with Cathy Moore's action mapping model, which starts from a measurable business goal and works backward to identify the on-the-job actions learners need to take, then designs practice activities around those actions rather than information dumps.

Keepin' it simple

Learners do best when they can practise the decisions they'll need to make on the job rather than simply recalling facts. Our content design process focusses on keeping our quiz questions in a module tightly focused on what a learner actually needs to do differently because of training, rather than everything that could theoretically be said on a topic.
