Admins: change campaign notification preferences

Why does Yarno send Admins email notifications for campaigns?

Yarno Admins get notifications about key campaign events on their account. These can include when campaigns launch, when campaigns are coming up to the completion date, and updates about campaign performance while campaigns are active.

These notifications are intended to keep Admins up-to-date about what is happening in their account, and provide reminders to check-in on key campaign events.

How to navigate to the notification preferences page

By default, Admins are notified about all campaigns run on their account. In some cases though, Admins may find that they are receiving notifications that are not relevant to them - for example, if your account has multiple Admins who run campaigns for different parts of the business.

If this is the case, you can change your notification preferences by following these steps:

  1. Sign into Yarno, and use the 'Enter Admin' menu option to enter the Admin Portal
  2. Click on 'Profile' in the top right menu

3. Move to the 'Notification preferences' tab

On the notification preferences page, you can select the campaigns you would like to be notified about:

  • If you would like to receive notifications for all campaigns that run on your account, select "All campaigns (default)"
  • If you would like to disable admin campaign notifications, select "None"
  • You can also choose to receive notifications only for campaigns that include learners from specific teams or groups in Yarno. To choose this option, select "Only campaigns with learners from the following teams or groups", and then select the teams or groups you would like to be notified about.

Note: these notification preferences only apply to campaign notifications for Admins, as described above. If the Admin is also a Manager, or participates in campaigns as a Learner, they will continue to receive any email notifications relevant to that role.
