Farnam heads to his first client meeting of the day, and he nails it!

He’s able to answer the client’s questions with confidence, and is even able to up-sell to a larger package.

Farnam’s manager Kelly has noticed a massive improvement in his Yarno score and heads over to his desk to let him know.

Before she gets a word in, Farnam’s jumping out of his seat to tell her about the client deal he closed this morning!
